Center Line South is a green development that combines housing with landscape, nature and ecology. CLZ connects two unique qualities: living in a green setting with an inner-city location and excellent accessibility by public transport.
The plan consists of 4 blocks of which 2 blocks with ground-level houses and 2 apartment buildings. Commissioned by heijmans Vastgoed, Jasper Smits Architects, in collaboration with Zecc Architects, designed 64 ground-level homes on a raised courtyard garden. The 2 apartment buildings are designed by M3H architects. The ambitious image quality plan was created by de Zwarte Hond. It focuses on sculptural architecture with a lively interaction between the public green space and the dwellings. Parking is solved under the collective courtyards. This keeps the surroundings green and car-free.
Together with all parties involved and the excellent supervision, we make it a beautiful plan!
