New Brooklyn B3

The idea behind New Brooklyn is a neighbourhood for people who love the buzz of the city. For people who like a bar within walking distance, shops around the corner and who can easily take the train or car to Amsterdam. Like an old city district, the ambition is to make New Brooklyn adiverse city district. There will be owner-occupied and rental properties in a mix of single-family homes with gardens, maisonettes and apartments.

The architectural appearance of the new residential blocks in New Brooklyn is sober and bold. The design language is contemporary but also classic and refined. The fine structure of window frames and eaves that characterize Brooklyn architecture has been abstracted in these newhousing blocks. All housing blocks have their own identity when it comes to their architectural appearance but are also part of a larger composition, therefore there are similarities in refinement, colours, use of materials and texture.

Blok B3 is a residential block with a combination ofground-level homes and apartments. Construction of B3 will start soon.
